Thread: spouse visa cancellation false passport

Iam 26 yrs lady , main offshore applicant for visa independent 175 subclass Primary from india.I arrived in melbourne as permanent resident with my husband and daughter as dependent in 2009.After coming to australia my husband got extremely violent and abusive to me that we separated on family violence orders in apr2010 and i made immigration aware of it in june 2010 . We are still not divorced.
Currently iam overseas in India with my daughter and my husband still in australia with relationship with 45 yr old lady and has newly born australian child. later i discovered that my husband issued false passport and married to me on false identity and i disclosed this to immigration.It was verifid by indian authorities that he was on false passport to australian immigration and he was sent notice of visa residency cancellation in jun2011.He approached through lawyers and has been granted time FOI procesing by acknowledgement on 5july 2011.How long will it further take him to be sent final notice of removal after FOI request ,i mean how many hearings and time ? He holds warrant of arrest in india for holding false passport and indian authorities have submitted all hard evidences against him to australian immigration.
What affect will it have on my and daughters visa because i didnt knew his false identity at the time of my marriage as on my marriage certificate ,after i return back to australia

I understood still you are in Australia with illegal visa as your visa was issued up on fake passport. I do not understand one thing, when he is no more interested in you and having in physical relation with some other lady, being a human what is that you are still expecting from him. Are you there at Aus because of his money? or to punish him so that you satisfy your grudge? I dont understand why people waste valuable time in their life waiting for such useless things. First get out of there to avoid any penalty that Aus immigration may impose on you for illegal migration. Come back to india and focus on some productive work to become financially independent (I hope your body parts and mental condition is good enough to be an independent citizen). Then I am sure you get better partner (I am sure you deserve a man younger than 40yrs).
All you need to do is make your mind to believe in hard earned money but not being behind to easy money or any grudge related satifaction. Finally at your 60+ years age, that would not help you in any way.
This is not just for you. Every lady who is behind easy money and luxury life with out any efforts but just to starving to take advantage out of insane indian gendar biased laws.
