Living in USA vs living in Australia

I am thinking about moving over to Australia and would like your opinions on living in US vs Australia

What is a better place to work and live ? the living standards in both countries (the big cities) and health insurance options and obviously the cost of living ?

As per my discussion with my sister and brother who lives in the US. I have decided to migrate to Australia because, Australia is a stable economy and provides secure future for children. US is very fast and dynamic country, however people like us, who are particular about life style and steady pace, would love to live in Australia.. I hope this helps..

I would like to add that USA has a lot more jobs and opportunities to grow , specially in the high tech growing fields like information technology and telecommunications

That is very true but admin your talking about professionals, people with secured skills etc,
Australia is a better option as your future is secured, your medical expenses are paid and even if something happens to your job, the government supports you with benefits.
For people like me who have business in Australia financial security is compulsory.
Lastly Australian government supports small business in a good manner with finance and taxes.
An accountant in us can work for a good company but would take him decades to establish his accountant agency but in Australia you can apply for a business loan and be excluded from taxes and all.
Real estate business, the rental income in australia is around twice if we compare with the same capital which provides investors and real estate operators to work like me.

    Refrences: centerlink.gov.au government support department
    Medicare.gov.au government medical support department

And lastly if I had a very good educational background, I would go and work in middle east first like Oman, Saudi or Kuwait, get ample of money and then apply for USA or Aussie as if you have money, both of the places are heaven

Middle East is good for money but investing time there is not good in long run as they won't give you citizenship or any security for future

having ample money means that you spend 10-15 years in middle east but after that you will be overage and it will be very difficult for you to get residency of a western country and it will even more difficult for you to settle in any new country so a good plan might be to 1st gain residency in a western country than afterwards may be you can go and work in ME for a couple of years to enjoy tax free income

Brother, I have been living in the Middle East since 2005, and my take on making money is:

    a. You can safe if you dont breath and eat!
    b. You can take care of your family if you spend all your time at home, or wondering around in malls, again without spending any money
    c. You 60% salary will be going in to your rents and another 20% into your utilities bills
    d. But awesome place to spend time and believe me experience gained in the Middle East "umm I would say wont add much, because you will require Ozi work experience to secure good Job or work hard to get there"
    e. Good school for kids is very very expensive.
    f. In lastly you will endup getting Loan and spending it all in one month and repaying for it 5 years

Getting job in Oman and Kuwait now a days is very difficult (hey Good Luck!) secondly Yes you can save up money in Saudi.. again if you will be able to secure job!
Over all I love living in Middle East but wont spend whole life here..

    I agree with admin's comments

Feel free to message me if you need any further information regarding ME

    Regards,
Well, I suppose that quality life means a tension and stress free life, which I don't think is possible in any metropolitan city be it in ME or USA or Australia and a job in a corporate organization.

Well as Australia quotes about itself truly human both financially ,safety and security wise throughout your life.you can plainly depend upon security payments without even worrying about jobs. As for kids there future always secure with child benefits and medical and educational insurances.

Australian centrelink benefits are ready to pay with any crisis circumstances which is exclusive with any other nation.
