my husband, myslef and our son were granted permenent residency in 1994 and our daughter was born in the US the same year. We moved back to australia in 2002. As our circumstances have changed, If I chose to return to the US with or without my daughter, would the process be easier since I already held permenent residency previously? And if this were possible, am I able to purchase a home to live there? Would it make a difference if my daughter returned with me?
