Schedule 1 is the current SOL using ANZSCO, and Schedule 2 is for overseas students

Schedule 3 is the new SOL for overseas applicants (page 29), and Schedule 4 (page 37) is the list of occupations which may be state sponsored.

If you should not be able to provide proof of 12 months partnership you could apply for a Working Holiday Visa for a year and before it expires apply for the dependent visa category, having lived together in Australia..

What code will used for the person who has done MBA(Finance) and working as research analyst in India...please suggest.

Hi,
I am an MBA (Int'l Business), Occupation: Marketing Specialist for past 4 years in the UK, brother auss citizen. I was told by MARA agent to apply for 475 GSM visa which is valid for 3 years with a pathway to PR because my brother is based in regional area NSW.
The matter of concern is: MARA agent sounds too good to be true and I was driven to gather some facts about my circumstances and prospected Immigration path. I came across this forum which sounds informative and quite helpful as i can see few queries being fulfilled up there.
My matter of concern is: I DID NOT find MARKETING SPECIALIST listed in SOL (any schedule). Is this indeed not an occupation in demand or I missed it and should I go to SPECSAVERS before I even consider the option of migration?
